Tinctures are concentrated liquid herbal extracts that are made in alcohol. All tinctures are extracts, but not all extracts are tinctures. Alcohol is the solvent that makes an extract a tincture and it's paired with dried or fresh herbs.

Take 1 dropperful under tongue or mixed with liquid, 1 to 3 times per day.
